01 Exhibition Information

Q: What are the exhibition opening hours?

Design Shenzhen will take place from 18th to 21th September 2025 (Thursday to Sunday). The detailed opening hours are as follows:

  • 18 September 2025  Thursday  10:00-18:00 (Last entry at 17:00)
  • 19 September 2025  Friday  10:00-18:00 (Last entry at 17:00)
  • 20 September 2025  Saturday  10:00-18:00  (Last entry at 17:00)
  • 21 September 2025  Sunday 10:00-17:00 (Last entry at 16:00)

*Entry stops 1 hour before the end of each day.

Q: Where is the exhibition held?

The exhibition will take place at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center (SZCEC).

02 Ticketing Guide

Q: What types of tickets are available for Design Shenzhen?

Design Shenzhen offers two main categories of tickets: exhibition tickets and conference tickets.

- Exhibition tickets include options for 1-day, 2-day, and 4-day passes.

- Conference tickets must be purchased based on the specific theme and date of the conference and are only valid for the selected day. Please check the conference schedule in advance and ensure you select the appropriate conference ticket option beneath the exhibition ticket when booking on the official ticketing page.

Q: Are there any discounts for tickets?

Yes, tickets for Design Shenzhen 2025 at the launch rate are now on sale. The early-bird discount is available until April 30, 2025, and the general price will resume starting September 18, 2025.

Q: Can students and children purchase entry tickets?

Design Shenzhen applies the same ticket prices for both public and professional visitors. As a professional trade exhibition, entry is not permitted for children under the age of 16.

Q: How can I get an invoice after purchasing tickets?

Design Shenzhen supports online invoicing. You can click the "Apply for Invoice" button on the ticket purchase page to generate an invoice online.

Q: Can I re-enter the venue?

Yes, during the exhibition from 18th to 21th September, you can re-enter the venue multiple times on the same day, as long as it matches the valid date of your ticket.

Q: How can I purchase tickets?

Please purchase tickets through the official Design Shenzhen website at www.designshenzhenshow.com, or through the Design Shenzhen WeChat public account by selecting [Buy Tickets] in the menu.

Q: How can I purchase group tickets?

If you attend as part of a group, the official Design Shenzhen ticket system supports online group ticket purchases. You can enjoy a 20% discount for groups of 5 or more. You can buy tickets for yourself and others and then share the electronic tickets with others.

Q: How can overseas attendees purchase tickets?

Overseas attendees can purchase tickets online through the official Design Shenzhen ticket system. For assistance, please contact Design Shenzhen ticketing support at bookings@designshanghai.com or +86 (021) 64079697.

Q: How can dealers purchase tickets?

If you are a dealer, please select the [Dealer] identity when registering in the official ticketing system and fill in the required information. Once the review is complete, we will provide you with a 4-day exhibition ticket.

Q: How can media attendees purchase tickets?

If you are a media representative, please select the [Media] identity when registering and fill in the required information. Once approved, you will receive a 4-day exhibition ticket, a 2-day Global Luxury Property Design Conference Ticket and a 2-day Technology and Creativity Conference Ticket.

Q: What online payment methods are supported for ticket purchases?

Design Shenzhen supports three online payment methods: WeChat, Alipay, and PayPal. If you do not have a suitable payment method, please contact Design Shenzhen ticket support at bookings@designshanghai.com or +86 (021) 64079697.

Q: How can I activate my ticket?

This event requires real-name authentication, and the ticket must be activated with your real name in order to enter. To avoid waiting in line at the venue, please activate your ticket in advance.

Q: How can I purchase tickets for the Global Luxury Property Design Conference and Technology and Creativity Conference?

To purchase tickets for the Global Luxury Property Design Conference and Technology and Creativity Conference, simply select the corresponding date under the exhibition ticket section on the official ticketing page and add it to your order along with the exhibition ticket. Please note that entry to the conference area requires both a valid exhibition ticket and a conference ticket for the same day.
