Yi  (Zoe) Xia is a Director at IWBI China, in charge of  education market development programs in China, as well as the business development of a series of WELL programs in southern China, including certifications, ratings, WELL at Scale program, membership, Works with WELL.

International WELL Building Institute™ (IWBI™) is a public benefit corporation with a mission to improve human health and well-being through the built environment. IWBI administers the WELL Building Standard™ (WELL™), the world’s first building standard focused exclusively on human health and wellness. The WELL building certification program is an evidence-based system for measuring, certifying, and monitoring the performance of building features and other aspects of the built environments that impact the health and well-being of the people in the spaces we create.

As a professional, Yi Xia is passionate about human wellness and public works. She is committed to promoting market awareness in healthy living and the global WELL movement. Prior to joining IWBI, Yi Xia was involved in project site management at Suzhou Gold Mantis Construction Decoration. She also participated in a number of healthy-living themed projects.

She  holds a  bachelor's  degree  in  material  science  and  engineering  from  Chongqing  University, and she is  a credentialed WELL AP and a member of the WELL Faculty. She works towards elevating sustainability to the next level, WELL, through her daily work at IWBI China.
