Li wei worked as an architect at the Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tongji University from 2001 to 2006 before joining Kokaistudios as a partner and design director. He is the architectural project leader for Kokaistudios and the team leader for prime locations in First-tier cities in China, including: CR Land Suhe Center and MixC (Shanghai), COFCO Plaza (Beijing), Jiao Tong University School of Law (Shanghai) and Shimao Festival City (Shanghai). Since 2016, he has been invited several times to serve as a guest judge for the graduation design of CAUP.
