Design Shenzhen collaborates with the art consultancy brand TalKU for the "DAST Technology and Art Application Special Exhibition." DAST stands for Design-Art-Social-Tech, representing a new model focused on revitalizing commercial real estate. This feature will be displayed in a 810 square meter area, showcasing a miniature scene of this model. It combines form, content, and experience to provide diverse and effective marketing solutions for commercial real estate.

DAST is a comprehensive business real estate model tailored for Generation Z. It gathers the content that most stimulates Gen Z and continuously combines it, applying this approach to commercial real estate projects. In the DAST area, interwoven media screens will create a continuous, immersive experience, enveloping the audience in a virtual atmosphere that feels like traveling through the world of technology.
